Rezoning of Newly Created Parcel A and Parcel B (Munson Road) of Fulton County Parcel 28-054883-04.000 from B-3 Central Business to R-1 Single-Family Residential
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Swanton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5th at 5:30 PM at 219 Chestnut Street, Swanton, Ohio 43558 to consider a proposed map amendment (rezoning) for the following properties:
Parcels: Newly created Parcel A and Parcel B formerly Fulton County Parcel 28-054883-04.000
Location: South of Catalpa Drive, West side of Munson Road, North of US 20A (Airport Highway)
Current Zoning: B-3 Central Business
Proposed Zoning: R-1 Single-Family Residential
A rezoning map, legal descriptions, and related application materials are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Village Municipal Office, and via this link.
