NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Swanton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., to consider a proposed amendment to the Village of Swanton Official Zoning Map.

The proposed amendment involves the rezoning of identified as Lucas County Parcel Numbers, identified as Lucas County Parcel Numbers 75-00036, 75-00037, 75-09021, 72-22231, and 72-22234, from their current zoning classification of AG – Agriculture to M-2 – Heavy Industrial.
