PUBLIC SAFETY
FIRE & EMS
For Fire & EMS: 419.825.1455
We provide fire suppression, investigation, prevention, and inspection. Both basic and advanced life support squads are on station, with EMS billing managed by Fulton County.
POLICE
For Police services call 419.825.5263.
We offer community services, including house checks, investigative services, patrol operations, & support services such as records and dispatch.
MED DROP-OFF
Residents can safely dispose of unwanted or unused medications by dropping them off at the Police Station, where a trained Police Officer will ensure safe and proper disposal.
PUBLIC SERVICE
For Public Works services, call 419.826.2531.
We handle street and park maintenance, facilities management, water distribution, and wastewater collection, including water main breaks and sewer cleaning.

Water Plant
The Water Plant is a Class 3 facility that processes 1.25 million gallons of water per day using lime soda softening. The water source is Swan Creek, which feeds the Swanton reservoir with a 100-million-gallon capacity.

Recovery Facility (WRRF)
Water Resource Recovery Facility
The WRRF is a Class 2 facility with an average daily flow of 0.92 million gallons. It operates two wastewater treatment systems: one utilizing primary clarifiers and trickling filters, and the other using an oxidation ditch with activated sludge for treatment.
