BRUSH & LEAF REMOVAL

Brush Pick-Up
 

To ensure efficient brush pick-up, please have all brush placed at the curb or roadside by 7:00 a.m. on the second Monday of each month from April through October. Limbs should be placed with the cut ends facing the street.

Please note: If you hire a contractor for tree trimming or landscaping, they are responsible for removing all tree debris, including limbs, trunks, and logs. The Village’s brush pick-up service is intended only for fallen tree limbs, not for lot clearing or full tree removal.

 

As an additional option, Village of Swanton residents may drop off brush and yard waste at Lammon Brothers (7520 County Road 5-2, Delta, OH 43515). A valid Village-issued brush drop-off permit and photo ID are required at the time of drop-off as proof of residency.

Leaf Pick-Up
 

Leaf pick-up is managed by Lammon Brothers, a contracted third party. Dates are to be approximated but typically occur from late October to the beginning of December, depending on the weather. For specific dates, please contact the Administration Office at 419.826.9515.
