LEGAL NOTICEVILLAGE OF SWANTON, OHIO

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Swanton has adopted the following legislation related to the Village’s Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Program:

Ordinance No. 2025-21

Amending Ordinance 2021-18 Implementing Sections 3735.65 through 3735.70 of the Ohio Revised Code to Retain the Existing Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) for Housing Incentives and to Establish a Separate Commercial/Industrial Community Reinvestment Area with a Tiered Tax Exemption Structure, and to Provide for Administrative and Oversight Procedures.

Resolution No. 2026-15

Ratifying and Approving the Community Reinvestment Area Housing Survey as Exhibit C to Ordinance 2025-21 for the Village of Swanton Community Reinvestment Area Program.
