The Plat of West Park Business Center filed for record October, 20, 2006 and recorded in Cabinet A, page 294-298 Fulton County Records, contains building line and easements as set forth on said Plat.

Said parcels include the following ten(10) lots:

Petitioner Lanc Properties, LLC, is providing notice to affected property owners of its intention to file an Application to Vacate Plats with the Common Pleas Court for Fulton County, Ohio and Order Vacating the aforementioned Ten(10) parcels and Plats instead allowing said property to be legally described as one contiguous parcel of land.
