A Notice of Appeal – Variance has been submitted to the Swanton Village Zoning Inspector for 28-053808-01.000. Said parcel; to 113 West Street is 66 ft. According to the Village of Swanton’s Code of Ordinances § 150.051 Schedule of Area, Yard and Height Regulations the R-2 Zoning District requires a minimum lot with of 70ft. The property owner is requesting approval from the Planning Commission for a 4 ft. variance to be able to sell the parcel to a potential buyer in order to build a Single-Family Dwelling.

This Notice of Appeal- Variance will go before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, March 4 at 5:30 p.m. at 124 N. Main Street EJ Ritter Hall. This meeting is open to the public to be able to voice their approval or disapproval of the variance.
